Primeiros passos
- Add a birthday manually or import only the dates you choose from the available sources.
- Choose when to be reminded and the channel you prefer for sending a greeting.
- Use private backup when you want to keep or move your information yourself.
Problemas comuns
Reminder did not arrive: check that reminders are enabled in Hoy Cumple and that Android allows app notifications. Also review the configured time and device battery restrictions.
A contact or imported birthday is missing: return to the import source, confirm the relevant permission and select only the records you want to add.
Private backup: export the file from Settings and save it wherever you choose. To restore data, use Hoy Cumple’s backup import option.
WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or Telegram: Hoy Cumple opens the selected channel; if that service is not installed or available, Android may be unable to complete the action.
