The app is designed local-first: it does not require an account, contains no advertising or behavioural analytics, and does not need a Lumaria cloud service to store your birthday list.

Datenschutzübersicht
- No user account or server-side Lumaria profile.
- No advertising, ad pixels or behavioural analytics.
- Birthday data and preferences stay on the device unless you choose to export a backup or open another app to send a greeting.

- Name and birthday date; the year can be omitted when you choose not to store it.
- Relationship/category, preferred greeting channel, reminder timing and notification time.
- Optional phone number, gift idea and personal note when you enter them.
- Birthday records you choose to import from Contacts, Calendar or compatible files such as ICS/CSV.
- Private backups you choose to export or import through backup files.
Berechtigungen und Zugriffe
- Notifications: used for the birthday reminders you configure.
- Contacts and Calendar: only when you use the corresponding import features and grant the relevant Android permission.
- Files: the system picker may be used to import or export backups or compatible files.
- WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or Telegram: the app can open the channel you choose; you initiate the action and it continues in the relevant external app.
Externe Apps, Geräte und Dienste
Hoy Cumple does not send your birthday list to a Lumaria server. If you choose to open WhatsApp, Phone, SMS, Telegram, or save a backup through a file/cloud provider selected by you, that external app or provider handles the information you provide under its own terms.
Erhebung, Übertragung und Verkauf von Daten
Lucky Blox S.L.U. does not sell data entered in Hoy Cumple. Sending data to third parties is not part of normal app operation except for actions you explicitly initiate, such as opening another app or saving/sharing a backup.
Aufbewahrung und Löschung
Data remains locally until you edit or delete it. You can remove birthdays in the app and, where available in your build, use bulk deletion options. Uninstalling the app removes its internal app data according to Android behaviour. Exported backups are independent files and must be deleted wherever you saved them.
Sicherheit
The app uses Android platform protections and minimises remote processing by keeping its main information on the device. We do not claim encryption, anonymisation or certifications that have not been verified for the exact build. Keep Android up to date and protect physical access to your device.
Kinder
Hoy Cumple is not designed to collect data directly from children and does not create child accounts. A user may locally store the birthday of relatives or contacts, including minors; the person entering that information is responsible for doing so lawfully and appropriately.
