App privacy
This policy describes the Lumaria Poker HUD1 source candidate over the RC1 certified baseline. Build/test evidence exists, but an exact signed release AAB is not available here yet; final permissions, SDK inventory and Data Safety therefore remain tied to the final binary audit before Play.
Controller
Lumaria Poker is a Lumaria Lab product operated by Lucky Blox S.L.U. Privacy contact: hola@lumarialab.es.
Local data and backup
The candidate includes encrypted/private stores for hand/private state, session persistence/recovery and a separate public projection/replay path. The architectural goal is to keep private card information on the player/device while the TV receives only public table state.
Permissions and capabilities
RC1 evidence records 44 JVM, 43 JS and 43 Android-host tests plus 3,633,960 exhaustive combinations; HUD1 adds the dedicated poker HUD while preserving baseline/build evidence. These checks do not replace a signed release AAB or physical QA.
Third-party services
A Custom Web Receiver is registered with App ID C8E83876 at https://lumaria-lab-poker.web.app/index.html. The observed registration state is Unpublished/development. Production HTTPS publication and physical phone/TV testing are required before a release Cast claim.
Retention and deletion
Until the exact signed AAB exists, we will not infer a blanket “no collection” answer or finalize Data Safety. The final declaration will follow inspection of manifest, permissions, dependencies, network, storage and third-party SDKs in the signed artifact.
Google Play / Data Safety
Private local data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling. Any backup/recovery behavior of the final binary will be confirmed in the release-AAB audit.
Release status
Play status: release signing, exact AAB, Internal Testing, physical QA and Play declarations remain open. The website reports candidate evidence and does not present source readiness as Production.
